I left with my hair looking healthier, and softer! Not only is she very talented but she is so kind and sweet. I will only trust her with my hair now!!

- TST SMar 9, 20261.0I received a text that I could get a 50 % off any service so I scheduled for a root touch up for my white hair. I came in with beautiful blond front highlights I got done 3 weeks ago. I specifically asked for root touch up and made it known to be careful with my highlights. My highlights were ruined. I still have a few but not noticeable. They charged me for full single color originally 89.00. I thought that was expensive but I didnt question it when I paid half of that. I did mention that my highlights were gone when she washed hair I could no longer see it. I was upset but I tried to keep myself calm and kicked myself for going in there. But now I'm really pissed off they charged me for full single color. When I asked for receipt, she said it was emailed. So I didnt realize what service they actually charged me until I looked at email. My fault for not being assertive before she touched my hair about specific pricing but I am mostly upset about losing my highlights!! NEVER AGAIN Will I be nice and put my trust when I get a service they will be questioned about service and price will be determined prior. I will never step foot in hair cuttery again.
