- SHSean HobsonDec 15, 20251.0I just moved to VA and came in to a very strange atmosphere. The employees were very awkward, unfriendly, quiet, and seemed to have no clue what they were doing. The lady cutting my hair was not confident in what she was doing at all. She did a terrible job. Her breath was awful (bad practice for this line of work) She got an attitude with me when I wasn’t able to tell her exactly what size guard I wanted because she was not able to find the notes from my last visit. There was also a male employee sitting down next to my stylist talking to her and staring at me in the mirror the entire time I was getting my hair done. If you want your hair done right by a confident and well trained hair stylist this is not the place for you. Beyond disappointed would be an understatement.
