  Farida did an excellent job on my full highlights. I’ve been back to her multiple times. She also has helpful recommendations for better hair shampoo and conditioners for my hair type. She aims to please and clearly loves her job. The coloring looks better in person but I thought the pictures would help.

  Been going to Vivian for a while now and am very happy. She really listens and helps me figure out what will work for me. She just cut my hair short. I was super nervous but ready to do it and she gave me the perfect cut. Getting lots of compliments!

  I had such an amazing experience getting my haircut with Nasrin. From the moment I sat down, she made me feel completely comfortable and relaxed, and really took the time to listen to what I wanted while adding her own thoughtful input. When she finished, I was genuinely blown away—it was easily the best haircut I’ve ever had. She paid attention to every detail, and I walked out feeling so confident. What really says everything about her work is that I came back to see her again to dye my hair for the first time ever. I’ve always been nervous to try something like that, but she made me feel so comfortable and confident that I trusted her completely. She exceeded my expectations, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I’ll definitely keep going back!

  The woman who cut my hair had a language barrier so I couldn't understand her well. I had to tell her multiple times what I wanted. I told her shoulder length & it ended up too short. She kept asking my if she was cutting enough, but I couldn't see what she was doing behind my head so even though I said OK I feel like she should have known it was getting too short. After I told her I wanted shoulder length I trusted that she would do the right thing. I also told her I wanted layers & it isn't really layered, more of a bob and it is shorter on one side, so it isn't even. I told her I wanted it angled around my face with long bangs & she was going to angle it in the opposite direction. I just wanted a trim. I told her I wanted the same cut I already had so I don't understand why that was so difficult. Finally I had to tell her several times I didn't want a blow out because I like to let it dry naturally. In spite of that she started to dry it & I had to tell her again not too, so half my hair was straight and the other half wavy. She also kept asking me if I wanted color which was kind of insulting because I like my grey hairs.

  Absolutely amazing experience every time! I’ve been bringing my boys here for their haircuts and they always do a fantastic job. The staff is very friendly, patient, and professional. Last time I brought my niece, and NORRA did her haircut—she did a beautiful job! Both the haircut and her kind behavior really stood out. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great service and a welcoming environment!
