  if i could give this zero stars i would. i have been growing out my hair for quite so time and with school picture day coming up i wanted som layers. i called to make sure this was possible and when i got there i showed my stylist an inspo photo ( shown below) she told me she could do that and i told her i did not want much hair cut off length wise if that was possible which again i was told that would be fine. It is now almost to my jawline. I also told her i wear my hair in a middle part at the end of the cut she flipped it to a drastic side part which i was confused but i knew i would change it when i got in the car. I walked out knowing it was shorter than i wanted but i knew it would grow back. when i got home i washed and blowed dried my hair only to look at it and see it was completely botched and uneven. I am in tears because it is so bad i cannot go out in public. i have school pictures next week and i was really excited. I would not advise you to ever go here.

  When I arrived at the Salon, the lady I'm booked with isn't experienced with Ethnic people hair. Then the lady that did my hair charged way more amd did not honor my JC Penney $10 Cash coupon because she's a "Master Stylist". My concern is if what I came for was going to cost more with a different stylist doing my hair, that is something that should have been disclosed - so that I can make a sound decision on if I want to proceed with service. So me spending $110 instead of my appointment price of $35 is totally what should have NEVER happened. Esp. with a wash and style service. $110 is pricing for a more upscale service or maybe 2 services. But definitely not a wash and style. The Stylist wasn't too shabby, but the practices is shady and I don't like it. You need tk let custo know of price changed BEFORE offering services that is not from the original booked Stylist. Also, the booking page online needs to list Stylists who are experienced with working on Ethnic people hair!

  Angela took her time to make sure my hair looked and felt great. I have gotten so many compliments after she cut and styled my (thick) hair!

  I had stopped visiting the salon for years of last-minute cancellations, lack of hairdressers and bad customer service. I decided to go back to appointments, and my experience has been worse. I come in, and they tell me that Angela is booked. Then they finally asked me to return two hours later, and still confused, they said she was booked. Another day, I made an appointment for today. Someone confirmed last night, only to receive a text two hours before my appointment from Angela to reschedule for Monday. I made the appointment for today because I need it. Why would you res reschedule for Monday? Those two Hispanic girls are very irresponsible. I will never, ever, for as long as I live in this area, recommend or make another appointment in this salon. It is evident that Angela works for pleasure and has no passion for her work.
