After returning home and washing and straightening the next morning I could see that the layers were very choppy and uneven. I reached out in the morning and by the afternoon, Marjan brought me in and had it corrected by her assistant manager. She was also kind enough to issue a refund. Excellent customer service!

The stylist did not listen to my requests at all and completely ignored what I asked for. The experience felt unprofessional, and the quality of service was far below expectations. To make matters worse, even after tipping generously, there was no acknowledgment or courtesy—no thank you or goodbye, just attention immediately shifted to the next customer. I did not feel respected or valued. Unfortunately, this reminded me why I stopped going to this location. Proceed with caution.
