She said, "Why no tip?" in a loud, mad voice. Then she gave me a weird, mean look. She got very angry, canceled the payment and made me swipe my card again. This is wrong. Tipping is for good work, not forced by anger. Great Clips, teach your workers to be kind. This felt like a fight, not service. I won't go back. Stay away!!!
