  I’ve had the one lady and she was amazing. Today I had a different lady and she didn’t listen at all. I asked for bangs and something other than what I already had. She only cut the back portion of my hair and touched nothing of the front. When she asked if this was short enough. I realized that she ignored everything, even the little ticket that she was given that said I wanted bangs. I was so mad I just walked out. I have made an appointment at some place else to get it fixed. Only reason it got 3 stars instead of 1 was because of the First Lady that I had. Be careful about which stylist you get here.

  Since the Smithfield Great Clips (DMV) opened I have used their services around five (5) times. Every time I have been more than satisfied. I love the check-in online application, because I can’t stand waiting. I have had a haircut by three (3) different stylist, and could not be more happy with services provided. It is a breath of fresh air to have a convenient, reliable, and affordable location to get a great haircut. Thanks Smithfield Great Clips team.

  I came in with a full beard and just needed a basic trim and shaping. They ended up shaving off 80% of it and undoing 2 years of growing and beard care. They did not even have me face a mirror to see what they were doing and immediately took clippers to my face without asking if that was the length I wanted. Over 8inches in beard length reduced to barely stubble before I could react. They attempted an edge up and ended up only doing one side of my head so one side is trummed back 1/4in and the other is not. I look ridiculous, I will never come back. Wasted my money and crushed me to lose all of my hard work. In addition to having my beard shaved off, they also tried to edge up my hair line and ending up with one side noticeably higher than the other. Random hairs were also missed so overall terrible haircut as well.

  Tiffany gave me the perfect hair cut. My hair was totally out of shape. She trimmed up my neck, cut around my ears and texturized the top and sides so the cut flowed together. I will return for my nxt cut when it's needed.
