- JBJessica Bresnahan1 day ago1.0This was the worst haircut experience ive had. They dont listen or care about your hair. A large chunk of my hair was cut off the back of my head before i was even finished explaining how i wanted it cut, which was 3+ in shorter than i asked for and by then what else is there to do but cut the rest to match length. It was cut dry, even though i came in with it in a bun so its very uneven. And i explained first thing my hair is compromised due to some circumstances in my life a lot of it is falling out, so to style after the cut i just wanted to emphasize my natural texture (light waves, low heat). Instead, knowing my hair is fragile already, she comes straight over with a curling iron, and no heat protection product and immediately burns my hair to the point i can smell it. It was all so rushed when i was the only person in there and there were 3 other stylists.
