My mother has the license, we have called multiple times to prove that I'm allowed to come in and buy hair dye for myself.-That she then does for me. It is completely unreasonable that I would need to somehow have them call every time a new employee starts at this store... So the rudeness that I experienced today when I was trying to ask questions about hair color (To a lady that I have never met before) and was just handed a book and said here you go figure it out... Was absolutely ridiculous and uncalled for. And then when I got to the cashier who recognized me.. The other lady yells from the back of the store "Oh look I guess people do know who you are!" How utterly rude and unnecessary!
- BBBrian ButtsDec 23, 20195.0Upon entering the store, I am always greeted by the employees, they are MORE than helpful in assisting me to find what I need, I can always call and have them put an order together for me, they are great at ordering what I need and on top of calling me when it comes in and whenever they have a big sale, they ALWAYS give a courtesy call to let me know, ahead of the sale without asking them to do so. This store is my #1 supply store in all of Roanoke. Great Job, Salon Centric!!

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
