- AAAMMar 16, 20262.0I am rating this store with two stars because of the size of the store and because of the range of product that they have. However, I didn't not want to make a review based on the (multiple) times I have been here and basically had the same experience. (It has been over 3 times) Majority (not all) associates at checkout are not helpful and rush you. At checkout, you are not given any samples— regardless if you spend $75, or over $200. This past weekend I walked in and was greeted with a basket by a sweet lady and told about the sales, this was first! The entire time I was in the store I was not asked if I need help finding anything, needed assistance, needed a shade; BUT they do have people following you to see if you are stealing almost like profiling you. Honestly, it makes me want to spend my money elsewhere. At checkout I tried to ask the woman about a sale that was going on and she couldn't even be bothered— customer service has really gone out of the window and honestly I assumed that this location just may be havin a bad "day" the past few times I had been in here, but after this past weekend I had to write a review.
