  Wonderful customer service and care. Arlene was simply amazing. Very thorough and very knowledgeable. She took her time to ensure we were all comfortable (3 of us were getting piercings). My 11 year old step daughter had a lot of anxiety and Arlene took extra care to calm her and make her feel comfortable. I would give them 5 stars, but the price (which I recognize is NOT the fault of the employees) is beyond ridiculous. The employees were very open and upfront about the cost, which I very much appreciated.

  I wish this place existed when I was a kid! Cleanliness: 10 Staff (knowledge, professionalism, attitude): 10 Price: $ I had a wonderful appointment at this location! Wasn’t 100% sure on placement/piercing when I walked in, but Cat (studio manager) checked me in for my appointment, talked through what I was hoping for and helped me with jewelry selections for my new piercings and my old ones. She was just a joy to talk with by way of my first interaction/greeting in the shop. Cat was very knowledgeable and open while I browsed, then she communicated everything to my nurse, Angie, when it was time for my appointment. Angie went over everything with me first to confirm what I wanted then did a few placement dots for me to select from based on what I was hoping for. She was incredibly communicative through the two piercings, very gentle in helping me remove my two old piercings (to replace with Rowan jewelry I picked out) and was an absolute pleasure to be around for the brief time I was there. Angie communicated aftercare instructions clearly, showed me the reference take-home sheet, answered my questions, and was so professional and kind. I was in and out in 15 minutes at noon on a Sunday in a busy mall, it was a 10000/10 experience and as I said at the beginning… I truly wish this place was around back when I was a kid. It seems like a fantastic choice for people of all ages to get piercings. Note: I thoroughly read FAQs and browsed jewelry online before making my appointment. I selected two helixs (needle piercing), with one of their lower tier studs ($48) and one of the mid/low tier studs ($98). I also opted for two replacement hoops for my existing piercings and a cute set for my 2nd lobe piercings (existing). I have had bad experiences with certain jewelry types before but everything Rowan has is hypoallergenic and high quality. The price may be higher than you’re expecting if you don’t know what you’re walking into, but it is absolutely worth it (to me) to have a body modification done by a nurse in a very clean and safe environment and I know the jewelry will be with me for a long time to come.   My goodness- Nurse Arlene was A+mazing for my daughter! She was so patient and kind for my nervous little one. Everything was a great experience from the moment we walked thru the door. Getting your ears pierced for the 1st time could be a scary thing, but the professionalism and care from these nurses helps so much. So happy we walked into this store!

  My friend and I were really excited to get a piercing here as it was our 2nd time trying to get in. However we made the “walk in appointment” waited 40+ minutes only for someone to decide to get a piercing last minute after watching one and get to go in front of us. It was honestly disappointing.
