Had an outstanding experience at Prime IV. The zero gravity massage chair alone was worth it—super relaxing and dialed in the whole session. Woke up the next day feeling noticeably better, refreshed, and recharged. Chandani was excellent—she took the time to walk me through the process, answered questions, and made everything feel seamless and comfortable. Highly recommend if you’re looking to recover, reset, or just take care of yourself at a high level.

I was in the thick of a gnarly cold and not able to fight through it so I checked out Prime IV which is walkable from my home in the museum district. I received the Immunity Armor IV. I felt the health intake was thorough and the RN asked some relevant questions. The RN took the time and care to explain what they'd be doing as I was a first timer. The procedure itself was absolutely painless and the unexpected bonus was the almost spa like treatment. The massage chair was very comfortable (especially the foot massage), the warm lavender pillow behind my neck, etc were all very nice touches. Net Net I found this to be a positive experience in a sterile environment, and I do feel as though the IV treatment helped expedite me getting over the hump. I personally love to support small locally owned businesses and found the RN to be kind, caring, and provided excellent concierge service.

Long story short, they messed up my IV and my arm swelled up, and I am still in discomfort 24 hours later. I went for the first time yesterday to Pime IV. I went to receive the Immune Booster infusion. I was the first apt of the day at 9 AM. When they put in my IV there was a little bit of discomfort but it didn't feel any different than other IVs I have received. They took me over to my chair and started my IV drip. It didn't take long for my arm (bicep) to feel uncomfortable. About 10 minutes into the drip, my arm was feeling very tight and uncomfortable. The staff came and looked at my arm, and my bicep had swollen up, and they told me that the port must not have been inserted correctly and that the fluid wasn't going into my vein or bloodstream but going into my arm. They removed my port and placed gauze where it had been inserted, and placed a hot pack with a towel on my arm to reduce the swelling. After about 5 minutes, they checked on me again only a little bit of swelling had gone down. They went to get me another hot pack because the first one wasn't that warm anymore, but they had run out and gave me a warm towel and told me that my arm could take up to 24 hours to feel better and for the swelling to go away. They offered to start the treatment in my other arm, which I declined. They apologized and said they wouldn't charge me for the service and I left at 9:40 AM. I went home and got a heating pad for my arm. It was very painful, and the entire bicep was swollen, as well as part of my upper inner forearm. I took some advil which helped, and by around noon, I started getting some relief. Now, 24 hours later, my arm is less swollen, and I am in much less pain, but it is still uncomfortable. I hope the discomfort goes away in a few days. I have had IVs before, but I have never experienced this. It was very uncomfortable and even pretty painful at times. I am sure things like this don't happen often. I know this was a mistake, and the staff were apologetic and didn't charge me for the session. But I hope the staff receive better training on IV placement and encourage customers to speak up if they feel any discomfort. Also, having more hot packs on hand in case of situations like this. I just wanted to share my experience. I am not saying you will have the same.

Solid experience at Prime IV. I got the Immunity Boost IV and honestly started feeling better pretty quickly after. The massage chairs were great and made the whole experience really relaxing. Chandani was really insightful too and talked me through the whole process and IV options. Would recommend!

I took advantage of a FB promo and checked them. The ladies were absolutely the kindest! I’m a difficult stick but the nurse handled it so well and did an amazing job! I upgraded for the chair massage experience and let me tell you it was like being cradled on a space journey and felt so good! Highly recommend!
