  I had such a wonderful experience at Lush Short Pump! I brought my daughter in to pick out some bath bombs for her birthday, and the staff truly made it such a special visit. From the moment we walked in, everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming. They all took the time to compliment her face paint, which made her feel so happy and seen, it really meant a lot. What stood out the most was how attentive and helpful they were. Every product we showed interest in, they carefully explained how to use and even demonstrated! They went above and beyond by showing her exactly how to use the bubble bars and how to create the best bubbles, which she absolutely loved. The entire experience felt so personal and fun, and it turned a simple shopping trip into a memorable birthday outing. If we lived closer, we would absolutely be regulars at this location. Thank you to the amazing team for making her day so special! 💕

  Went here for the first time today, 4/1/26, I don’t know the employees name but she had a ponytail, skinny, and glasses. She was the best! She made my first time at Lush really special. She knew a lot of information on everything and even gave me a samples. She talked about the ingredients and asked for my boyfriend’s opinion on what he liked. She was super informative with everything and told me all about different scent combos. Thank you for the memorable experience!

  Lush Cosmetics is the perfect shop for a variety of needs. Whether you're looking for a gift idea or wish to treat yourself to environmentally conscious, vegan, high quality products, Lush will ensure that you do not leave disappointed or empty handed. Lush's staff should also be mentioned. Specifically, Alicia. Her warmth, friendly approach and vast knowledge about Lush's products was exemplary. She ensured that all of my questions were answered, provided interesting background information regarding some of the products that I was interested in and allowed me to shop around without feeling pressured to purchase. Lush is lucky to have Alicia as a customer-facing representative of the company. My experience was simply fantastic and I will certainly be back.

  This is my favorite store!! I love treating myself to these high quality, ethically made products. I prefer to shop in person rather than online because of how wonderful the staff is here.   Sometimes trying to find the right skin can product can be confusing. Alicia is always amazing at listening to my skincare concerns and guiding me to products that help. She definitely knows her products and is always so welcoming and fun to chat with!
