  We were very much looking forward to using this salon. I’ve had a very sick dog recently and changed an appointment, I paid the deposit which was to be applied to my haircut and color. Sadly, we lost our dog. I immediately reached out to reschedule, apologizing I knew that they had my deposit thinking they would apply it to the next time. Their choice during a family emergency was not to let me reschedule and keep the deposit. What was called for in this instance was compassion and kindness, and grace during a very difficult time as I juggled multiple vets, and the ER vet. Definitely not recommended.

  Sana consistently delivers an outstanding haircut experience. She really takes the time to understand exactly what I’m looking for and executes it with precision. Every cut is clean, sharp, and easy to maintain. Her professionalism and attention to detail truly set her apart. Highly recommend, I’ll definitely be coming back.

  I have been getting my hair done by Sana for the last few years, and she always does a great job! As a blonde, I am very picky about the tone of my hair and she always nails the color. Her highlights grow out beautifully and allow me to stretch out the time between appointments if needed.

  Sana provides the best hair cut and color for men and women. Sana has been my stylist for 10 years. She provides exceptional service and is very professional. She takes great care of you and your family members who come to her. Sana's clients love her and the hair styles that she creates for them! Always look great when I leave there and get a lot of compliments on my hair. She is highly recommended!

  Sana was absolutely amazing. I came in with red hair from a previous botched job in Miami where I tried to go from brown to blonde. She completely revamped it exactly what I was looking for initially. She’s much better than any salon in Miami where I initially had it done. My hair legit turned out beautiful. I will now be going to Richmond, Virginia to specifically see Sana any time I want to do my hair over Miami.
