- MPMichelle PateOct 22, 20222.0Londyn did my 4 year old daughters hair. I made an appointment for 12 and she didnt start my daughters hair until 2 (but she gave her a snack why we waited). My daughters hair turned out ok. At the end, when i asked could i use a coupon i found online since my daughter was new (and it was for new clients) she told me no. I was disappointed in that and she really didn’t have a reason why i could not use it. I was impressed at first but now may not be back.
- SBS BakerAug 19, 20225.0When I met my stylist, Londyn, and told her I wanted small box braids, the first question she asked me was "Do you want to keep your edges?" - LOL. With that question came education on how to prep my hair before and after braids and how long to keep the braids in. Londyn was professional and personable. She was very attentive to me. She made recommendations and willingly answered my questions. In the 8.5 hours she serviced my hair, she did not even stop to eat (I don't recommend that)! It shows her commitment to her clients and her amazing work ethic. Arie, another stylist, helped with braiding down my hair as it was near closing time. What a great display of teamwork! I absolutely love my hair and I'm looking forward to my next appointment with Londyn.
