  Completely rushed, lady didn’t smile once, I asked for a bit more off of the front, clearly annoyed, she made one cut and called it good. Took a total of ten minutes, they rinsed my hair out, but wouldn’t dry it unless I paid 17 dollars, I just wanted it dry enough so it wouldn’t get my headrest in my car wet, I even said that I would blow dry it myself, but I still would have had to pay 17 dollars for literally 2 minutes of drying, I walked out looking like a wet mop.

  Love love love my hair stylist today, she was absolutely wonderful. She did an amazing job on my hair and I will absolutely go back to her when I want my hair done again. She was sweet, kind.

  I was JD's customer today and I will definitely return. He was very professional, methodical, and took care of all the flaws from my previous haircut at another place in South Carolina. I love his work and the finished product.

  We’ll never go back. They do not know what they are doing. As an appointment instead of a walk-in to the next person could take me there was her and another shitty list sitting around doing absolutely nothing when they could’ve been doing my hair and waiting for their client. I have never known hairdresser not to take a walk-ins In between clients so I waited Almost an hour to have my haircut and the girl didn’t even do it right doesn’t even look right we’ll never return well, it’s been almost a week since I’ve spoken to the manager and asked to speak to the district manager still haven’t heard from the district manager. Maybe that’s because the manager didn’t want her to hear the recording I have of the manager and her fellow employees using cuss words and talking about other clients in front of clients talking about how people with two pieces of hair coming and expect them to work a miracle or that what Do I want her to do work seven days a week honestly that’s not my problem. You accepted the position if you couldn’t handle working seven days a week then maybe you shouldn’t have accepted the position and I do have all of this recorded since she threw the phone down like a two-year-old and didn’t put it on holdso I would like to get my refund and talk to the district manager nor have I received my refund as of yet
