  If flat look and personality crisis were the goal, then mission accomplished. Truly a one-of-a-kind experience… and not in a good way. I don’t know how do they justify charging $32 for a 5 minutes haircut.

  I had a wonderful experience at this Hair Cuttery location. All of the stylists were friendly and helped each other out. I see why they stay busy! Sivutha did a great job layering and then perming my long hair. I'll go back to her and at this location again.

  Never had a bad experience until this past Saturday. Asked for a cut and used my hand to show where passed my shoulder on arm...left with a butchered Bob. Was charged $50 for shampoo and cut

  Please book with Tomeschia!!! She took me as a last minute walk-in and did NOT disappoint. I am beyond pleased with her work, her professionalism, and her warm and friendly personality. Definitely will book with her again very soon!!

  Thank you for the response. You appear to have missed the point of my review. I am not objecting to being asked once. I am objecting to being pressured after I decline. A customer should not be made to feel rude, difficult, or guilty for choosing not to provide personal information. Your response says the information is “essential,” but also says I am free to decline. Those two statements do not fit together very well. If I am free to decline, then your staff need to respect that immediately and professionally, without attitude and without comments about how it makes their job harder. The salon staff have otherwise been great. My complaint is about this specific conduct and the way it reflects on your customer service. Please make sure your staff understand that a polite “no” should end the matter. The front-desk experience is the only reason for this rating. Each time I come in, the woman up front asks for my phone number. I politely decline because I value my privacy, and instead of simply respecting that, she becomes direct, rude, and visibly irritated. That is not acceptable customer service. If a customer says no to providing personal information, that should be respected immediately without pressure, attitude, or comments about how it makes an employee’s job harder. The rest of the staff have been excellent, which makes this stand out even more. But the person at the front desk needs to learn how to respect a customer’s boundaries.
