I came into the store today to fix my foundation woes and while she was helping me…one of the FENTY foundation bottles burst all over the floor!!! Foundation all over the floor, I was upset she had to clean it up so I helped her as much as I could!! Afterwards she helped me find my shade and then exposed me to 2 other items I didn’t know I needed, but needed! I’m so sorry she had to deal with the spill opening up on a good Sunday, but I’m so glad she waited on me and was patient enough to help me after all that!! She even told me about Black Friday deals , and asked me to make sure I come back and see her. What great customer service I will definitely be back to see you Rhonda and I promise no spills this time!!

I asked where something was and she said they don’t carry it even though they carry that brand so doesn’t make sense why the store wouldn’t sell that particular product because it’s one of their best selling product. I was the only one in the store and she was very rude and didn’t even go look it up to see if it possibly was somewhere else in the store. Complete waste of time.
