Our commitment to natural products includes using organic or wild-crafted whenever possible. We seek out products that are free of toxins, parabens, surfactants, synthetic fragrances, and dyes. Animal testing is not tolerated by our spa and we choose to partner with brands that respect the same values. In addition, we strive to use only recycled materials for all of our packaging, paper products, retail bags, and marketing collateral.     I have been going to Perception Organic Spa for over a decade, and it’s still one of my favorite places to relax and be pampered in RVA. A friend introduced me years ago, and I kept coming back because of the calming, spa-like atmosphere; so different from other salons that rush you in and out. Hang (the owner) is so kind and thoughtful, and Kim and Thi have been my go-to girls all these years. Every facial and massage I’ve had here has been truly five-star. If you’re looking for a place where you’ll feel cared for and leave completely relaxed, this is it.

    I have been coming here for two years for organic gel manicures and pedicures. I have always been impressed by the precision, professionalism, calm/relaxing environment and cleanliness. Today I had my first 90 min deep tissue massage with Kat. It was truly one of the best massages I’ve ever had. She listened to my needs before beginning and delivered beyond expectation. Not only did she help with some musculoskeletal issues I’ve been having but I was more mentally relaxed then I have been in months. True zen. Will certainly be adding this to my self care routine. Thank you Perception for continuing to impress me and offer such excellent service and care!
