Very abrasive and will pressure you to make a purchase and follow you around the (tiny) store to almost force it. The encounter with him is also unpleasant; I recall an inappropriate joke was made from him and it made me feel uncomfortable. He has been reported to HR on multiple occasions for making the staff and employees uncomfortable. When this is brought to the attention of the Store Manager, she infers the complainer that she sides with Jacob and will revoke employment of those complaining instead of Jacob. He is very inappropriate and sexually defiant, testing of women’s boundaries and initiating harassment. Again the store manager is aware.
