    I had the WORST haircut experience here 😭 I’m crying after seeing how bad my haircut was. I just had my baby and wanted to look good, especially my hair, but instead of looking good, I feel terrible because of my hair, It's driving me nuts.

    London at JCPenney Salon is amazing! I read other reviews, which led, me to come here. She is every bit as wonderful & professional as the reviews stated. She has a wealth of knowledge as, she's been in the game for over 20 years. I'm very impressed with her & will definitely be returning. I've found my stylist. If you want you hair done right, please see London. Tell her Yolanda, sent you. AMAZING!

    If I could give negative stars I would. I've been married to my wife for years and I've never seen her as upset as she was today after she left this salon. She told them what she wanted and even gave them a picture. They butchered her hair to the point where another lady had to fix it. THEN they had the animosity to charge her! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! 2 hours in a salon with 3 little kids - all for what should have been a simple trim, that I've done myself in the past. What makes this worse is we are going to her brothers wedding and will see family we haven't seen in years. Unbelievable that a business like this could remain in business. I will be writing regional and corporate management as well.
