The front is about 4 times longer and at the ball of my head or basically my heads highest point it starts getting shorter and shorter until it is 1 inch long. I am trying to grow my hair out and i just had a trim 3 months prior. I am so upset and because its curly i couldn’t tell until i got home and realized damn i’ve been growing my hair out and now I can’t do anything with it and probably will have to go get it recut and pay someone else more money just to get my hair evened up and equivalent to a few months of growth. This has never happened to me where I went some place and they cut off more than I wanted. She basically gave me a haircut/style when I only asked for a trim.

I would recommend them all a class in customer care! Not once have I rated anyone a one star but hopefully they will see it as a chance to shape up!
