  First time Hair Cuttery visitor. Signed up for an appointment for a basic haircut and shampoo on the website. Website prompted me to bring in a coupon for a discount (coupon was directly from Hair Cuttery). Not only did barber refuse the coupon, she then charged me a higher price than the original appointment was for. Then told me if I came back, I'd have to pay even more. This is for the most basic of men's haircuts, nothing special at all. After all that, a mediocre haircut at best. I felt very "bait and switched". Will not be returning.

  My stylist Sivutha Kim has a great personality ! She goes above and beyond for her clients and makes the salon a great place to be at! she always has a warm welcoming smile on her face and make you feel like a value client every time you in her presence! I enjoy her cutting my hair because she always knows what I want! Sivutha Kim is such a sweet lady and makes the experience memorable! I definitely will be coming back to Hair Cuttery so she can cut my hair again!

  My daughter had an appointment at another salon but they had to cancel at the last minute. Fortunately we were able to get in with Quanita with a last minute appointment. She did an absolutely amazing job on my teenage daughter's multi-tone hair color. It turned out exactly like the pictures my daughter brought in and she is thrilled. I really appreciate the time she spent with my daughter and her knowledge of what needed to be done to achieve the complicated look that my daughter was going for.

  I visited the Hair Cuttery on February 8, 2026. Quanita was one of the kindest, a professional hair stylist, and an employee who helped me during my visit. The following defines her very well. Quanita is Professional: She was professional when she addressed customers' issues. She is an excellent communicator with her co-workers and customers. Quanita was the best: she is the best at hair cutting and styling. Quanita was a helper: I saw her helping other employees who struggled and customers. Quanita's service comes with high quality: Her service was excellent. She focuses on the quality of her service above the money she earns. She is an employee who deserves a high star. Recommended: I recommend that customers ask for Quanita when inquiring about haircuts or styling. She won’t disappoint you. I was extremely satisfied with the service she provided. 💯💯⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Hair Cuttery violates the price transparency laws. Their pricing on their website does not clearly disclose that there are add on's for their services. For example, I had an appointment for hair styling which on their website says "Starts at $26.00". There is no set pricing disclosed anywhere. When I arrived for my appointment, the hair stylist said it would be $55 for a basic up-do. I asked how it is an additional almost $30 and she said it's because I have long hair and a hot iron was needed for the up-do. Even then, there was no price breakdown provided to me. There is no pricing listed in their store on a sign either. It is extremely deceptive and I would have booked elsewhere like DryBar if the costs were provided on their website clearly before booking the appointment.
