- PJParag Jain2 days ago1.0I went today in the evening for a haircut and it was a terrible experience. I was charged $31 for a haircut and hair wash, but the hair wash was never done. The woman who cut my hair was not focused at all. She kept looking at the clock and the door, as if she just wanted to finish quickly and avoid more customers. She rushed through the haircut and did not even clean my hair properly afterward. When I reached home, I noticed uneven hair and missed sections, which shows how careless the service was. For the price they charge, this level of service is completely unacceptable. I will not be visiting again and I do not recommend this place to anyone.

I always have a great experience at Hair Cuttery but Olivia was so kind, she made my daughter’s hair look unrecognizable (in the best way possible), and gave us details on some products that will help my daughter maintain her hair. I could not be more pleased with how beautiful my daughter’s hair looks. 10/10 I would (and will) recommend Olivia to anyone and everyone I know! Thank you again!

She took her time with all the services she provided, was very gentle with my hair, and made sure everything was done properly without rushing. You can truly tell she cares about her clients and the health of their hair. She definitely deserves 5 stars, and I highly recommend her.

My stylist, Lang, knows what I want and is so talented with color, and patient with my pickiness! If it was possible I'd see Lang till the day she retires.

Alyxes was very kind and did a wonderful job on the color (minus like one strand not taking the color but I blame my hair, not her!) the only thing I would have asked for differently was my haircut was a tad shorter than I wanted but that’s the beauty of hair— it grows back 🤣 I had a pretty good experience for what it was worth, I could tell Alyxes was pretty busy that night and I appreciate her willingness to stay late and help make my hair look super great 😊 thank you!!
