She asked a lot of questions and was great at figuring out what I wanted despite my “what would you suggest?”. The whole time I felt in control of the process despite having no clue what was going on and never having heard the word balayage. I appreciated her breaking down prices beforehand (I also wanted a cut) and helping me stay within my budget without compromising the end product—which I LOVE. If you want a talented stylist who’s just as invested in your hair as you are, I highly recommend Dylan.

Dylan explained the various products and helped me choose which ones to start out with (shampoo and conditioner, in my case). I was happy with the time and money I spent, which, by the way, was quite reasonable. I recommend. :)
