When I went in to check in I didn’t get a hello or how are you just “we have no stylist to do your hair” I then said “oh okay it let me book online” then was told “ i am not cutting your hair” just no customer service. Before I could get another word out she interrupted and said to reschedule. I told her no and went to my usual location and Jalisa at wyhdam location was great and understanding when I asked if they had availability. It just would’ve been nice to have been called to let me know hey had no stylist. It just was horrible customer service. If there wasn’t anything it shouldn’t have let me book online . Just a little bit of consideration would’ve been great. The lady was blonde and just sitting and the front desk I didn’t catch her name but I’d stay away

Definitely will be coming back in the future for all of my haircuts with her

Now 3 weeks later this is all that's left of my "curly" perm. So if you want a perm that last DO NOT go to hair cuttery I am very much dissatisfied with hair cuttery. One star is too much for this hair cuttery The Hair Cutrery at 9193 Staplea Mill Road.
