  I stopped by to smell lots of new fragrance releases today and I felt right at home. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Some of the new fragrances were in the back being prepared to become testers and the staff went to the back to get them for me. There was no pressure to buy which is a HUGE plus. When I decide which scent I liked the most, I’ll be heading back to this location to make my purchase. The team here really set the tone for my shopping day.

  If I could give more stars I absolutely would. Every time I step into Sephora at reston town center I am immediately welcomed! I always feel cared for. Customer service here is outstanding. I’ve had many good experiences and I’ve been there three times, and planning to come back more often. I wanted to say, Jill is amazing! She deserves a raise haha. She walked around with me helping me out and made the best makeup choices. She answered all my questions and never made me feel bad about it! I ask a lot of questions and she was super helpful and attentive. Helped me with makeup placement, tested the makeup on me, she has amazing taste. I’d trust her with my life. Most importantly she never let me walk out the door without all the items I needed. Don’t get me wrong, everyone there is amazing, especially helping me find the sponge kit I wanted. I’ve been even complimented and it made my entire week. I also had good experiences with other beauty advisors but I’ve forgotten to ask for their names, but sephoras amazing. 💝 thanks to Jill. And thanks to Sephora. Come here if you want to be received with open arms, and have the highest quality makeup.

  really bad attitude, Super rude ladies work here, Like excuse me you just work at a Sephora. You don’t like own the place but they’re attitude speaks volumes of who they are as people and whoever does the hiring either just wants mean girls here or they don’t know what good customer service looks like when they bring these types of employees in. the customer service definitely needs to get more training here. i’d rather just go to the one at One Loudon, Much nicer employees there.

  Elvis is extremely rude, never in my times of going to any Sephora have I ever encountered such a rude employee. I asked them if I could look at a salt and stone body wash product to see what the bottle looked like to make sure there weren’t any scratches or flaws, and the girl employee here let me look. When I compared I said I will take the one that appeared to have more product in it. When I got back into my car I opened it only to find that the employee who checked me out (Elvis) gave me the WRONG one. I went back inside to try to swap the bottles since I specifically asked for the one with more product. Instead of doing one simple task, Elvis became defensive, blaming me saying I told him to give him “that one” when this is totally false. I told him which one I wanted, I thought he acknowledged we agreed on the one with more product but he gave me the one with less and continued to blame me for his mistake. When I went back to explain, he said I’m not going to swap the product for you again only one time. When I asked him for his name he refused to give me his name. I spoke with the manager here about this so hopefully they do something about this horrible and upsetting shopping experience. You do NOT need to be so rude about a simple ask from a customer. Geez. Horrible nasty service and will not be coming to this location.
