Instead of walking out with clean, fresh hair, I walked out with a wet, greasy-looking scalp and flat hair caked in mousse. It genuinely looked worse than when I walked in. When I pointed this out, the stylist refused to acknowledge it and repeatedly insisted my hair “looked better than before.” That is beyond insulting — it is MY hair, and I know exactly what freshly washed hair looks like. It looked oily, limp, and unfinished. The so-called store manager was just as dismissive and unprofessional. Her response? “I see nothing wrong with your hair.” That attitude alone tells you everything about the level of service and accountability here. On top of that, the stylist kept pulling my hair and scratched my scalp multiple times, which was painful and completely unacceptable. A basic wash should not leave someone uncomfortable or irritated. The service was priced at $55, which is laughable considering the result. I wouldn’t pay 55 cents for this level of work. The manager tried to shut me up with an $18 discount and made it very clear she had no interest in actually fixing the problem. Horrible management. Horrible employees. Zero skill. Zero accountability. Do NOT come here if you want a wash or blow dry. They clearly do not know what they’re doing, and they will gaslight you instead of taking responsibility. I wouldn’t come back even if the service was free. I WILL TAKE THIS TO THE SENIOR MANAGEMENT. (Store manager: 20-30’s lady with pinkish, reddish hair, Stylist: Tall-ish lady with short boy cut black hair.)

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
