  Eren was so knowledgeable and helpful. Loved my hair cut and hair style felt so good before my trip back home to Seattle. Definitely will be coming back when I visit reston again.

  Alissa is the best! She was able to fit me in on short notice for an emergency color correction and saved my hair before Valentine’s Day! She has a great attention to detail and understood exactly what I wanted and how to achieve it

  The whole staff is nothing but sweet and attentive. Turko saw my vision and perfectly replicated it. I left with my hair shiny, soft to the touch, and perfectly styled. Not only did he do my hair exactly the way I wanted, he also gave me tips and tricks on how to take care of my hair.

  After nearly three years of trying to find a stylist I truly trusted, I can finally say I’ve found one. I booked a consultation with Turko after a very disappointing cut at Eclips McLean a few weeks ago — over-layered, uneven, and full of short, random pieces after six months of growing my hair out from a previous cut that also missed the mark. I genuinely started wondering if it was me — was I just being too picky? From the start, Turko really listened. He gave me space to vent, thoughtfully pointed out what wasn’t working in the existing cut, and explained how he would have approached it differently — gesturing with his hands as he showed me the shape, emphasizing fewer layers, a longer, more cohesive structure, and better balance. As someone who is both analytical and visual, that clarity meant a lot. He was honest about what could be improved immediately and what would take time to grow out — no pressure, no ego, just quiet confidence. When he realized I had time, he offered to do the cut that same day and reassured me he would blend carefully without taking off more length. Given my past experiences, I was nervous — but I trusted him, and I’m so glad I did. The cut immediately looked more cohesive, and the blowout was exceptional — smooth, polished, soft, with body and shape. For years I’ve asked for “smooth with body” and left salons with fluffy, frizzy hair I had to fix at home. This was exactly how my hair should look when leaving a salon. Turko didn’t promise miracles — he worked thoughtfully with what he had, and the difference showed. I’m genuinely looking forward to continuing this hair journey with him as my hair grows back out. Calm, skilled, and genuinely attentive — and never talking over me.
