  I had hair color and hair cut done with Ludi, Reston VA location and must admit that service and the results were phenomenal! It definitely exceeded my expectations! Ludi is a very good listener, and very experienced with colors. I’m so very happy with the outcome! The highlights look beyond natural and gorgeous! Love it! Thank you, Ludi!

  I visited the salon this past weekend, and while I was happy with my hair cut, I was not happy with the over all environment. It felt hostile as I heard what I believe is the receptionist make snarky comments at a stylist. It was a bit uncomfortable to have to witness to be honest, and unprofessional in my opinion. I will not be back nor recommend this salon.

  Turko did such a good job on my hair! The balayage looks super cool and natural, and the curls are perfect. I really liked how nice and friendly Turko was, and he made sure I loved everything before I left. I’m so happy with how my hair turned out and I definitely recommend Turko if you want great looking hair!

  I normally don't post these things, but this time I couldnt let things slide. I had the displeasure of coming back to this salon after many years only to find out the customer service had plummetted. The stylist whom I had never gone to before made it very clear she did not want to do my hair. She first blamed my clip in extensions. Then she blamed the state of my hair as being 'fried' and that I needed 4-6 inches cut off. She was also condescending and rude. I had a baby within the last year and I was aware my hair had thinned but this experience as humiliating. She flat our refused to 'touch' my hair and offered that I see another stylist which specializes in blondes but has limited availability. She had no words of encouragement nor did she try to give me any positive insights. Instead of lifting my spirits , I left in tears. The very next day I went to another salon who did my roots and put a gloss on my hair to let my hair rest. She gave me a trim and we discussed a game plan for getting my hair back to a healthier place. I won't go back to Bubbles.
