- KAKen AducciOct 9, 20251.0Usually I go to Tina and she does a great job. I guess she was off today, but I needed a haircut so I went in. Checked in online and it said there was 0 minute wait. Got there and waited about 10 minutes, I was first online. They finished a guys hair and then called a woman, who was after me on the check-in list. Turns out the guy they finished was her husband, and I would have been totally cool with them taking her in front of me, but at least let me know my wait will be even longer, or ask if I’m OK with letting her cut in front of me. After another 10 minutes one of the girls finishes up with a customer and then she goes in the back and disappears after ringing him up. I’m still sitting there waiting, at this point more than a little frustrated, and a lady finally finishes cutting a young man. As he’s checking out I notice the back of his hair is really uneven and missing a swath of hair. No way I want that person cutting my hair, so after more than 20 minutes into my 0 minute wait, I leave. Including my drive both ways it was a total waste of an hour out of my day.

I get a good hair cut, go back to the same stylist weeks later and get a bad cut. I got a trim last week with same stylist and she rushed my cut like she was mad I came in just before her lunch break. Didn’t say ONE word to me while she hurriedly whacked away at my head with electric clippers at a frantic pace. It literally hurt my scalp! My hair is now jagged and even on top for $19 plus $5 tip. Yes…I still tipped because I’m a nice guy but I should’ve complained. I know it’s a cheap haircut but why can’t the staff care anyway?? Owner of this location should shake things up. Not going back to Powhatan location any time soon.
