I walked in and she said we are closing soon. They don’t close until 8:00. This is the 2nd bad experience I’ve had here. Will not return.
- SNSavannah NobleMar 31, 20261.0Whatever you do, do NOT let Wanda near your hair. She is money hungry. I called the store to see if anyone there knew how to do a perm properly, and was reassured. What I did not realize was that you cannot perm hair that has been bleached. Wanda was aware I have used bleach on my hair and continued the process of a spiral perm in order to make a beach wave effect on my hair. I then told her I did NOT want my hair cut or trimmed but she talked me into layers (took convincing and I have a problem saying no, although I DID say no at least twice. That is coercion). These layers have RUINED my hair for the last 3 months. Terribly uneven, felt manipulated into the trim, and then she charged me a length fee after snipping half my hair off! Total charge was $200 and I tipped $20. The perm has chemically damaged my hair, and was never truly a perm. My hairs been EXTREMELY dry and was never once stayed wavy/curly despite my use of moisturizing products, leave in conditioner, diffuser, and general upkeep. Don’t let those scissors near Wanda’s greedy fingers! I will include picture of before and after.
