I have heard good things about the brand & I was super excited to try it & I was not disappointed. The staff was SUPER helpful & personable. I didn’t feel like I was given a repetitive sales pitch but I was shopping with good friends and they were sharing their favorite products with me. Jas & Amy are an amazing team & they really made our visit at Lush memorable. I’m loving the products I brought and I am super excited to visit again & try the products we discussed. I really appreciate the team showing me how they use the products because I feel like I’m really getting my moneys worth. I cannot recommend the brand enough! Thank you again Jas + Amy!

I took a seat in one of the store chairs while my friend continued to shop (my baby is a little heavy so I just wanted to have a seat) however, a store associate began moving all of the chairs around me to the opposite side of the store which made me a little uncomfortable, I stood and then she moved my chair as well. Never got a greeting, or any acknowledgment. I left the store and went outside until my friend finished. It wasn’t very welcoming at all.
