  I do not mind having a conversation while getting my haircut, but if you cannot talk and cut my hair at the same time then just stop talking please. I am paying for a haircut not a life story

  This afternoon I got my daughter from school early to have a girl's day. We inquired about services and cost. She and I got done at the same time. Everyone was wonderful and patient with us both. Thank you lady's so much and we will see you next month.

  I dropped in on 2 different locations in Norfolk. Neither location had anyone who could do fingerwaves. I tried calling the littlecreek location before I went out of my way. No one answered. But when I arrived I saw 2 people. 1 sitting on her phone (older woman with glasses) I asked was there anyone available who could do fingerwaves she replied no. She then asks the young lady and she also said no. Good stylist are hard to find nowadays. Who actually love what they do. I wish they would've picked up the phone before I wasted my gas driving that way. I called several times before I made the effort to drive so far. The janaf location were helpful. They were professional and friendly. Even though I heard someone say they had someone who could do them but they rather not. They only teach others how to them and do not do them anymore. A good stylist is hard to find. They gave me a card to make an appointment with a stylist during the week. But that's kind of hard during the week when I have to work. But they were a lot more helpful than the lazy people at the littlecreek location. I guess walk in's doesn't apply to everyone.

  Made an appointment ahead of time just to show up and the lady at the front desk tell me I had to wait an hour. Reason, apparently something with the system, ahuh. Now I’m left with my hair all wet, no hair done and late for an event. Unprofessional. What’s the point of making an appointment? 🤷‍♀️ perhaps I would have better luck walking in. I been here before and had a great experience with my stylist, unfortunately she doesn’t work today and I decided to make the appointment as I needed my hair done today.
