I walked in trying to make a bad day better and the woman working seemed to be having an even worse day and took it out on me. She yelled at me to smell the tester in front of the whole store, in an aggressive tone. THEN, proceeded to talk about me to another worker. She stared at me the whole time to the point that was so uncomfortable and walked out. There were plenty of customers she could have tended to, but she decided to lean against the counter and just STARE at me. Every-time I looked up her eyes were on me. She was smirking as well. Older woman with tattoos, short hair, and glasses. Only putting this description so other patrons can avoid her. This is one of the only stores keeping this mall open and I will no longer be a patron. I will gladly make the trip to Richmond if I want to shop in person, just for better customer service.

It was Monday the 22nd. of December, I was thoroughly enjoying it but on a low key, - so I decided to go to the movie theater and watch something funny. I watched "SpongeBob - Squarepants." I walked into the mall and passed by a store named, - "Lush!" The exuberant smells that emitted from this store just drew me in, - and what a wonderful experience I had upon arrival. Lol! A lady passed me and went another way to a customer who needed some help. I was okay because I was in my own world of, - - "Aromatic Fragrances." I didn't want to talk to anybody, I just wanted to enjoy what I like most, - "A room full of Good Smells!" Before I left, I may have asked a question or two but I retained none of that,- only the wonderful smells that were dear to me stood at the top of my nostrils beaming as I continued to twitch my nostrils. After the movies, "Lo and behold!" There it was again, "Lush," Fresh Homemade Cosmetics." There I was again, back into the zone of aromatic scents. This time the lady said: "Welcome Back!" In my mind I said: "I was coming back, - I just didn't know it was be so soon." .... Her name was, "Amy." She was the store manager. This time I needed some input so I asked Amy to tell me a little about her store. The products are made in the U.K. and they use are 100% vegetarian and 95% plant-based. The people who pick the plants receive a living wage for their work. Take a look at the pics because I did my best to highlight this store's unique arrangement and spectacular displays. Even the colors pop!! I didn't want to complete this Review without mentioning a young man who attended to my smell good needs. His name is, "Zo." I must tell you this guy was patient with me because I was closing trying to spend the remaining balances on some of my debit cards before I reload and give them as gifts. He was nothing but excellent customer servicecwrapped up in a box. Thank you Zo! And, thank you Amy... for giving me some input about the store that I want all of you to visit. The prices are great and the products they make are to die for... Tell them Naomi sent you and hang in there for a minute and get lost in a world full of all sorts of, - "Aromatic Scents." Turtles! I was lost at first but the staff were so nice and helpful and they even gave me samples of a conditioner i WILL come back to purchase on a day off school. (I loved the bar of soap i chose and the revive hair moisturizer thing because it DID infact, help my hair out.) anyways i love this place
