I demonstrated approximately how much I wanted to take off. I understand a little more needed to come off but there wasn’t a conversation about that. Then when she was done with the hair cut I thought we were going to wash my hair. That did not happen. She walked me to the front. I was charged for the full service but only for the hair cut.
