So, when I find someone who does a great job, I will only see that person. I thought I was the only one, though, that would let others go ahead of them just to see Rico. I was wrong. One morning, it was a line of guys all adamant like me to have him cut their hair. No disrespect to the others who work there. They all do a great job too.

I told her I had been trying to grow my hair out and just wanted a light trim. I now have layers that are shorter than my bangs on the back of my head. When I saw her make the first shortcut in the back, my heart instantly broke. I am absolutely devastated after trying to grow it out over a year and a half, and now I feel like im back to square one. The lady was nice, but she definitely didn't listen to what i wanted, and now i have to live with this. I was crying, pulling out of there. This was probably one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a haircut. I attached the reference photos i showed her and what my hair now looks like.

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
