When I got seated the lady who cut my hair didn’t even try to cut my hair she just gave me a buzz cut (something I didn’t ask for) I’ve been in multiple times and all times had a bad experience she admitted she did wrong and charged me full price. On 17oct25 will be the last time I will be back highly disappointed on professionalism and lack of effort.

I always get an undercut fade and places I've been to haven't given what I would be looking for or do a proper clean up like I ask or accidentally miss a spot. Owen recommend a V-shape undercut and I absolutely love it! He also cleaned my sideburns up really nice and over all it is the far best undercut I ever received! I also loved his aesthetic.Thank you Owen!!

If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
