  Alicia is wonderful! The salon is clean and inviting. I needed someone that could even out my hair from past bad cuts. And she did just that! Not exactly sure how much was taken off, but I could feel the weight difference immediately. Not to mention, my curls love it too. Not many stylist could make them happy... but she did! Thanks, Alicia! See you next time!

  I came in just for a trim, get rid of dead stuff etc. My “stylist” said she was going to just “clean up the sides a little”.. then proceeded to trim it SUPER SHORT, almost shaved sides. Unfortunately I didn’t have my glasses on and couldn’t see exactly what she was doing until it was too late. Not to mention she wouldn’t stop talking the entire time. I doubt I’ll be back.. and I’ve been a regular for at least 10 years..

  Lila did my hair and she did an amazing job not only did it look gorgeous she also moved fast because she is long experienced in hair. Picture on the left is before and the two on right are after!

  I’ve never left a review in my life but I had to for the beyond disappointing experience I had here. Long story short, I asked for my hair to be corrected to an ashy/cooler brown since I had hot roots and some brassiness but ended up with dark black brown hair with red hues. To make matters worse I was given a disastrous hair cut. Any other salon I’ve been to and asked for a layers that are longer & they’ve given me what I’ve asked, layers that are relatively not noticeable. Here however, I ended up with very noticeable layers. Hoping the Assistant manager would be understanding of where I was coming from, she kept going back and forth with me about how my hair IS what I asked for when it WASNT! All I wanted was a refund and the assistant manager even mentioned there would be no guarantee that I’d receive it. I spent nearly $200 to be left with my hair ruined and completely unsatisfied.
