  Honestly I would give a zero if I could. First of all the staff was alright but the lady who rang me up was just rude and unkind. If she was having a terrible day I showed. For whatever reason I wouldn’t spend my good earned money here. Enough of us have a hard time and escaping for just a few moments and shopping is my way of doing so. I wish I never walked in this place cause it made me feel like I wasted not only my money but most of all my time which I can’t purchase back.

  I will NEVER have anything negative to say about Sephora... The variety of products they have is unmatched to me.

  I am visiting my parents and needed some products so stopped in. I went on a Friday morning when it wasn’t busy, and was one of three customers in the whole store. I was never greeted or acknowledged as I was browsing the store looking for the products I needed. I found them, with no assistance or acknowledgment, and went to the counter. The girl at the counter seemed upset that I was bothering her from doing nothing. She asked if anyone assisted me, and I chuckled and said “no, no one has even acknowledged me” and she said nothing else to me, except what my total was, $350. I have over 4,000 points but was never asked if I wanted to use some or get a product with them, so I payed and left while the cashier just slide my bag over towards me and said nothing else. Overall, it’s a beautiful store with a great selection, but the customer service is non-existent. I will take my business elsewhere.
