To make matters worse! after about 20/25 mins of waiting I overheard what I believe to be the manager asking a hair stylist to take me bc I’ve been waiting for while. Just for the hair stylist to look at me and say no she wants to make more money and that my appointment wasn’t enough money… never coming back, thank you!

She was knowledgeable and fun to talk with while she did her job very well. My layers were perfect and she did a clean even cut and evened it out around my layers and bangs. Im thoroughly thrilled with her. My son and calebs hair turned out perfect as well, didn't get employee names cuz theyre written on their mirrors I forgot to check! I LOVE this place and the price is very fair. However its COMPLETELY UNREASONABLE that Maddie spent 1 hr on my hair, layers, detail, adjusting.. and my boys took not even 20 mins on each my boys with buzz clippers.. and the system they use for cards doesn't allow tip to each individual based on the services they performed.. ive never encountered that and I dont see it fair... im well aware some have more experience than others but that doesn't change how MUCH and the details of the work they do. They all did great thou and we will definitely come back! Thank u ladies!! Merry Christmas!
