I clearly stated no more than an inch and a half off. 4 inches is NOT an inch and a half. All my hair is not an inch and a half. It is NOT your body, it is mine, and I believe that what you did was assault. Any reasonable person would have known the difference between four inches and an inch and a half. You should not be licensed. NO ONE should let you near their hair. I did not consent to what you did and you had no right. If you manage to keep your license maybe in the future you should THINK TWICE about blatantly and intentionally going against client instructions. Very bad experience.
