- ACAnitress ChambersSep 12, 20251.0I visited store "3748 Great Clips Ft. Eustis, VA and I wanted to see the manager in which I had to wait almost 10 minutes due to the fact that she was outside in front of the store talking. As I waited I looked at the products on the shelves. I noticed that some of the products were expired with dates from 2023 and 2024 while others you couldn't even read the bar code because it was GONE. The manager finally came in and I asked did she know that these products has expired and she stated that she didn't know. I stated that if someone were to use these products and something happens to their head, that's a law suit and they will close this place down. The manager didn't say anything but looked at the other employee like she looking for that employee to address the matter. I don't know who owns this particular store but, you need to get updated products, a more knowledgeable manager because presentation is everything not only for me as the customer but overall. I have never given any store 1 star in my life. Please make this store a excellent one, make some changes. This was ridiculous.

- MRMark RosarioNov 3, 20221.0Went for their $6.99 hair cuts grand opening. Wanted 3 inches cut off. She ended up doing a total of 6/7 inches. I’m sick. Didn’t know how much was cut off until she started doing the layers. Choppy and layer alone was about 3 inches! For longgggg layers!

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
