- LLLisaOct 29, 20251.0I'm sorry to say, but I'm quite unhappy with the haircut I received from Madonna. She's a very nice person, and I had high hopes with her, but after showing her a few pictures and telling her I just wanted a trim, to keep my current length so that the haircut would work, she assured me that she would only trim my length, and could do the cut/style I showed her. What I got looked nothing like the pictures I showed her, which were all very similar styles, and was a good 3 inches shorter than I asked for. My original appointment was with Joya, but apparently she left the salon the day before, and no one called me to let me know, hence my appointment on the spot with Madonna. I'd like to follow-up with the owner of this salon, as there were a few other concerns I had about my first visit. Please think twice before sitting in Madonna's chair if you have a certain hairstyle in mind, and that you've shown her, you might just get a cut that resembles nothing like it, is a bit uneven, and way shorter than you asked for.
- KCKarmina CarrascoOct 9, 20251.0I took a chance and went to this location and booked a signature cut with one of their Master designwrs, Madonna (thinking she would be the most knowledeable as she had the highest fee). All i asked for was to trim off the ends for damages and slightly layer the top of my hair for more volume. She completely chopped off about 4ninches.off the top of mybhair, which now makes it look like I have a full circumference of hair the length of bangs on top, while the inner lower set is shoulder length. She didnt blend the layers so now theyre choppy, and it basicall looks like a bad mullet. What is worse is one side is atleast an inch shoert then the other aide so now it looks lopaided. Ishould have read the reviews. Do not book a haircut with this lady. She has zero knowledge of how to properly cut hair.

- TJThomas JankeAug 10, 20251.0So me I made a appointment for my daughter with the master stylist and waited all day to go and we came in early and on time and they pushed us to the side for another customer when we had a appointment block and told us we can wait a hour or get normal person . So I planned my entire day around this , when if I knew it would a normal stylist we would have been there at 9 am first thing when they open see me and my daughter could have the rest of the day to do things together . Since I only get time with my daughter on the weekends. I will never come to this location again.
