With age slowly creeping up on me, I’ve been toying with the idea of smoothing out some facial lines—so I finally decided to book an appointment. The process was easy: I submitted an online inquiry and received a text link to schedule through their portal. I went in with no expectations, as I usually do when trying somewhere new. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed—the space was spotless, bright, airy, and very welcoming. The front desk staff were warm and polite, immediately putting me at ease. I met with Jasmine, who walked me through Botox 101 in great detail. She answered all my questions thoroughly, laid out the pros and cons, and never pushed Botox or any other treatments. Like the rest of the experience, she made me feel completely comfortable. I decided to go ahead with Botox during the visit and was surprised by how quick and relatively painless it was—and I’m usually a baby when it comes to needles! Now it’s just a matter of waiting to see the results over the next couple of weeks. Overall, my first impression was overwhelmingly positive—professional, welcoming, and easy from start to finish.

Whitney, who worked with me personally does absolutely amazing work and the best part is she’s excited about what she does. She Listens to your needs and wants into consideration and is honest and open and works with you. She’s very compassionate and understanding. Might I add she does absolutely brilliant amazing work.
