The manager offered me a re-do with the same girl, but I was so upset with the poor haircut that I did not want the same girl to touch my hair ever again. The manager was able to book me for a full price re-do with someone else, but I cancelled it because I was going to be charged for a long hair cut, when, I have now incredibly short hair from the stylist who butchered my cut. I was so excited for this salon because I hear such good things! I would recommend somewhere where the stylist and front desk listens to your needs.

- RWRachel WilkersonFeb 14, 20262.0The salon itself and the front staff were very nice and accommodating, however the stylist I had for the evening didn't do the cut that I asked for (with pictures shown to the stylist of what I wanted) and I ended up walking out of the salon with a style that made me look 20 years older and 3 inches too short. If I have to pay the price for a master stylist I would expect to at least get the style I ask for.

I had two inches of solid white/grey roots and scraggly ends. I requested senior level stylist and Josh worked a miracle! Josh's skill, personality and outstanding customer service makes me wish this was not just a one-time service before I head back home to LA!! Highly recommend this salon and Josh.

Full service in every way, but completely reasonable prices….. from offering a variety of beverages, snacks, neck wraps while you process… additional services like waxing, etc…. High quality products….Beautiful interior, amazing service, can’t say enough good things!
