The appointment is supposed to include: Shampoo +Conditioner +Classic Blowout w/ Brush Styling My daughter didn’t receive any of those services. She wanted layers. Her hair was wetted down with a water bottle and she got a basic trim, no layers. Her hair wasn’t dried or styled. We won’t be back.

Maddie worked for 9 hours and untangled it and cut it. It looks so so good! She is an ANGEL!! Would 100% recommend this place. She was so kind and so patient; she didnt complain one bit while spending 9 hours on my hair. 5/5 stars!
