When finishing up I realized it was almost closing time but instead of rushing you took your time to make sure her haircut was perfect.
- LSLaura Schall1 day ago1.0While washing my hair she scrubbed with her nails and my scalp is so tender now. I washed away from the sink with a Soaking wet back and shoulders with cold water used to wash my hair. A regular, no frills, cut took over an hour. She seemed nervous and super laser focused on making sure it was even but didn’t give me the layers I asked for in the end. She then put a ton of product in my hair and had to wash it out bc it made my hair too stiff to dry. She didn’t use a brush during drying and rested the hot dryer on my scalp which made me flinch multiple times. She blew air from the dryer straight in my ear as well.

I asked her why she said to make my wave go away. There was no hair shampooing , I was taken back and reread my appt request. There was no conversation and no discount on the service. Very disappointing.
