Worst haircut of my life, I went in wanting a trim and some layers added, my hair was long down to my butt. She cut off half of my hair and also messed up to the point where she had to bring in another stylist to fix it. The lady had the nerve to tell me to come back tomorrow. I feel like my identity was stolen and I don’t feel beautiful anymore.. they didn’t charge me it was that bad. I know it’s stupid to cry over hair but I feel like everytime I look at myself a piece of me was taken.

Unfortunately, my boyfriend’s haircut here last night did not go well. His stylist, Ms. Gisella, gave him a cut that wasn’t what he asked for. He requested a fade, but instead came out with uneven layers, a noticeable bowl cut in the back, and the fade wasn’t blended properly. He even had to remind her multiple times to continue cutting because it didn’t look right.
I have also had past experiences with this stylist at another salon, and unfortunately, the results were very similar. When I asked for just the dead ends trimmed into a V-shape, my hair came out uneven and not what I had requested. It seems like there’s a pattern of not following the customer’s instructions carefully, or rushing through the service.
We know everyone has different skill levels, and this is not meant to bash her personally, but rather to give honest feedback. A haircut is something people pay for with trust and expectation, and it’s important to listen closely to the customer’s request and deliver with care.
