She COMPLETELY fried my hair. She continuously told me she knew what she was doing when I would question her. Please be aware of how horrific her skills are. Before and after pictures tell the story. Chunks of hair were literally coming out in my hands. HC talked to me but in the end they paid for one treatment of $30 (done at an entirely different salon). Beware of Hahn

She was extremely thorough in making sure her hair was fixed and properly blended. She went above and beyond to make sure I was happy instead of rushing through the cut. She was so patient with my daughter and made my daughter feel important the whole time. Very happy overall.
