She was rude before I ever sat down then argued that layers wouldn't achieve what I was asking (though another stylist stepped in and explained what I was asking for) but she told me I'd get what I asked for. When she spun me around for a quick glance at the back i didn't realize half my hair was tucked in to the cape. Upon looking in the mirror at home, I found a big section that was untouched/untrimmed. Ended up having to go elsewhere and pay a lot more to have the uneven layers fixed and ended up with short hair that sits just above my shoulders. So much for that trim I asked for. If you miss your stylist off from the start, run. Better yet, run from the Chattanooga location. Run from Lisa. She was rude and argumentative, start to finish.
