  I have been a loyal client of this business since they were originally Lash Out Beauty Bar, when they were still sharing space with a hair salon. I have followed them through their growth and have consistently been happy with the quality of services, which is why I have continued to return and even recommend them to friends over the years. Unfortunately, I recently had a very disappointing experience regarding their cancellation policy. I had a brow tint and shape and lash lift and tint scheduled, but on the morning of my appointment my dog — who has cancer and is currently undergoing chemotherapy — had a sudden medical emergency and needed to be admitted to the emergency vet unexpectedly. I had also just worked an overnight shift and had been awake since 12 pm the day prior due to caring for him. As soon as I knew I would not be able to safely make it to my appointment, I notified them immediately. I completely understand and respect the importance of policies, especially in service-based businesses. However, despite this being a true emergency, I was still charged 50% of the service and told that a new deposit would be required in order to reschedule. As a long-standing client who has consistently shown up for appointments, this felt discouraging and lacking empathy given the circumstances. Emergencies are unpredictable and unavoidable, and I had hoped there would be some flexibility or understanding, especially for an existing loyal client. Because of how this was handled, I will unfortunately be looking for another provider moving forward. I wanted to share this experience so others are aware that even in true emergencies, there may be little flexibility.

  I love Sage and Vine for the variety of services they offer and the quality of their work. The office is always so clean and the staff is so friendly. I would highly recommend Cara to my friends for eyebrow shapings and facials.

  My experience at Sage and Vine was awesome. My consultation was with Moriah. Moriah was pleasant to speak with, knowledgeable and informative. I received Botox ( forehead and frown lines). The office staff was professional and welcoming.

  I always have such a great experience with Nikki at Sage & Vine for my Dysport injections. She’s incredibly friendly and makes you feel comfortable right away. What I appreciate most is how honest she is about what I do and don’t need, which makes me trust her recommendations even more. If you’re looking for someone knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely caring, I highly recommend Nikki!!
