  Shoutout to Justin! I came in without an appointment and was greeted warmly. Justin gave a good explanation of how things worked at STUDS. After a quick consultation of whether or not the piercing (a flat helix) I wanted would work for my ear, he started getting everything prepared. There was an appointment before me, but it was no more than a 15min wait. Once I was in the studio, Justin was very patient and informative about the whole process and aftercare. Despite impulsively getting my ear pierced, I walked out of STUDS very happy, no regrets

  Got two piercings before the snow days and one of the earring came off the next day. I got sick and I couldn't immediately go back. When I went there after a month, and "finally" I spoke with the technician she told me I couldn't get my earring back in the same place because it has started to heal and that I could come back in some months when it's completely healed or get it in another place. I told her that I didn't want my earring in any other place so I had to speak with the front desk lady, with the two tone hair, to make an appointment for when it's healed. She told me that I would have to pay again if I do that, even when it was within the 6-month guarantee they gave me. Then I requested my money back. She told me I couldn't get my money back either and she gave me no explanation and was rude. I had to get the piercing in another place as she wanted. Later the new technician, who was male, explained why they don't offer a new piercing in the same spot. But that front desk lady knows nothing, is disrespectful or racist, and she gave me an attitude the minute I told her I was there because the earring fell off. She can't handle claims. Please Studs find a better person.

  Happened to walk by and had them pierce my tragus. Staff was knowledgeable, attentive and friendly. I love that you can pick the earing and it doesn't necessarily have to be switched out when healed. Definitely more convenient than tattoo places.

  I am not generally a piercing girly but for some reason I’ve really been wanting to get pierced recently. I have been looking for a place for a little while and walked past Studs and I was blown away by the fantastic customer service and warmness of the staff. They educated me, made me laugh, and I was convinced it was time to get pierced. I saw Nae for my piercing who was patient, professional and gentle and she let me know what to expect etc and it was easy! Michael, Alex and Ashley were the absolute sweetest at reception to the point that I actually came bsck to get a third piercing within an hour. Leon was amazing and made the third piercing literally perfection. 10/10 experience and I am so glad to have found them!
