- JSJu S1 day ago5.0I usually stop by Lush whenever I visit Tysons Corner, and I tend to just grab my usual items and go. But today was a completely different experience—in the best way! One of the staff members, Sacred, was incredibly kind and attentive. They took the time to explain body mists in detail, which I had never really explored before, and it was such a fun learning experience. I was also looking for a shampoo suitable for oily hair, and Sacred gave thoughtful recommendations, clearly explaining the options and what would work best for me. On top of that, they even provided samples, which made it easy to try something new without hesitation. Thanks to their help, I discovered several new products and had a very relaxed and enjoyable shopping experience. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service—I’ll definitely be coming back!

I come to Lush often and lost an item (something expensive too!) Gladys went to the back and found it! How amazing they kept it for that long !!!!
