No, every store globally can't accept gift cards. Okay, can we come back tomorrow or something when it's fixed? No, it's been down since Spring... Okay... Can you use it online? No, you have to call customer service to place your order to use the gift card at all... Don't bother buying or using gift cards I guess. Why even sell them if you can't use them at all unless you call customer service? To fleece people who get frustrated and don't use the gift card at all I guess. How the hell do you have a global outage like this FOR SIX MONTHS!
